You Are Love

I was getting prepared for the day when I heard it again.

You are LOVE.

Yes that's what I heard, I thought to myself I am loved by you, God, I know that.

He repeated, YOU, are LOVE.

I am Love, so you are LOVE too.

I think this truth should be something that we now begin to meditate upon.

Too many of us as children of God keep looking for love in the wrong places.

We keep looking outside of ourselves and hence we meet with so much disappointment and betrayals and shattered hopes and dreams because for the longest , we have our eyes fixed on things, people, places for the very thing that you are made up of.

So yes, YOU are LOVE, because the one who made you is LOVE.

We carry around an orphan spirit, one that consistently suggests that our identity is and should be from an external source.

The constant confusion is seen around, even subtly showing up in self-love conversations, especially ones rooted in self defiance and self protection, deeply masked by rejection and pain.

We have learnt to mask all of this madness in language that best suits and protects our ignorance about our TRUE ESSENCE, a truth that can only be found in the one who is LOVE himself, GOD.

God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him (1 John 4:16)

The bible records that we are made in his image and his likeness, we are not far off from the one who owns us and made us and calls us by his own name - LOVE.

So yes, YOU ARE LOVE, simply because God is LOVE

As you journey through life, I pray that your eyes are opened up to see the truth through this writeup and it strengthens and repositions you to a new found reality, that nothing is missing from you, you just need to see right and align to this truth.

And if you do not know the person of Jesus Christ that is LOVE, then take a moment to align and submit to Love so you can begin to experience TRUE LOVE, healing you of all misalignments.

Say this prayer 'Dear LORD Jesus, thank you for coming to die for me, for showing me what true love is, please I commit my heart and life to you, please forgive me, I submit to your LORDSHIP and I believe that indeed you died for me, and please cause your light to shine upon me, lighting up my ways from this day henceforth, help me to walk in the truth of your word that I am Love and I can rest here, because you are home for me and I am safe with you, this I pray in Jesus name. Amen.
