Many things we believe sometimes isolate us from seeing.

Wrapped Up in Discomfort

One of the mind lies that I have found myself and a lot of other people believing again and again is this; I am the only one going through.

This belief has had many unable to see beyond the current happenings surrounding them.

There are many things we believe that sometimes isolate us from seeing and embracing truth, even if the truth was staring us in the face.

We sometimes get wrapped up in our discomfort that we refuse to see that, there are so many people also going through.

In Ecclesiastes, a book of the bible, it captures how that there is nothing new under the sun.

What you are going through is not foreign to mankind, many people have gone through it, many are going through it and many will still go through it.

However, there is a mindset to begin to have, that will begin to open you up to a new perspective and mindset.

Say to yourself, what I am going through is not foreign, I can overcome this.

You are already a conqueror.

Today, tomorrow, everyday moving forward , decide in your heart to not be wrapped in your discomfort.

Acknowledge the discomfort, but do not let the discomfort have you.

See the discomfort as a stepping stone into greater and healthier perspective and growth.

You are not the trials you are going through, you are so much more.

Joy comes in the morning.

Rise up and tear away from you, that cloak of discomfort and negative thoughts.

Be reminded that you are not the only one going through, many others are, YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

I pray for you that the LORD would reach out to you with his hand of mercy and restore your soul, restore you back to that place of strength and wholeness of heart and mind in Jesus name.
