You're going through your battles, then someone else brings
theirs and yet you're still able to lift them even though you need to be lifted
as well. Without letting them know that you're not in a good place. Half the
time this is where we are at……
On some days the tendency to feel like a hypocrite is high.
Because how can you boldly tell someone things that you are struggling to
settle into?
I am telling you that God heals, yet I am sick?
I am telling you that God will provide yet I am hungry. Do you
dig?…
But do I because of my problems refuse to be a voice of
encouragement to another?…
“Oh, please take your problems elsewhere cos I have mine and
God will not be mad at me for ignoring you.â€
That
sounds like a valid excuse. But we know, we know to be
trusting in the Lord in whatever season.
Yes, I have my problems, but I consider yours more important
than mine if God brought you to me right now.
I'll take care of God's business and I trust Him to take
care of mine.
Who knows? Maybe God brings other people's issues our way to
distract us from focusing on ours.
When you are intentional about making yourself available to
be used by God at every given opportunity even when you don't feel like it, it
renews you. I am strengthened and my joy is renewed. Because in the process of
ministering to you, I am being ministered to because I can hear the voice of
the Spirit through the things I am saying to you. It's a WIN-WIN!!!
