People have their own agency and autonomy

Accepting the reality that each individual has their own autonomy and right to make their own choices allows us to relinquish control and cultivate a sense of respect of their agency.

This shift in mindset frees us from the frustrations that arise from attempting to exert control over someone else's journey.

Realizing this fact remains that we can't change people cause we've all got different sense of reasoning on the same matter.

Moreso; we all came from different backgrounds, experienced different upbringings and so have different taught to things.

The Reality of Personal Change;

1. People have their own agency and autonomy, making their own choices and decisions.

2. Many people resist change, especially if it's imposed upon them.

In order not to get hurt; it better to Focus on What You Can Control;

1. Focus on your own growth, self-awareness, and personal development.

2. Set boundaries to protect your own emotional and mental well-being.

3. Inspire and influence others through your actions, words, and behavior.

4. Accept people as they are, rather than trying to change them.

5. Detach from the need to control or change others.

6. Collaborate and work towards shared goals, rather than trying to change each other.
