Beauty for ashes, grace for grass - that's the godly circle. Unfortunately, many miss out on all that's made available on the communion table because they refuse to align themselves with the promise and assurance of faith.
When you fall, you must rise. And when you're down and out, pray. That's a valuable lesson some of us learned quite late, but better late than never, right?
I never fully understood why there's so much chaos in the world, but how can we exercise our authority as children of God if unpleasant situations do not confront us?
We are responsible for calling things to order and not sitting in the corner of our room thinking of every possible way to blame God for our predicament. If He has allowed that problem to befall you, it's because He believes in you to get yourself out and make a testimony from it.
You can almost imagine how disappointed the Father is every time we cry to Him in despair when we should take charge of the situation. He who lives in us is greater than he that is in the world. We are more than conquerors, at the mention of His name, every knee bows.
How can unpleasant situations be better if we mope around in bed, dressed up in self-pity, focusing on the negatives and neglecting the positives? The Bible tells us that everything will eventually work out for the good of those who love God. Now, the question is, do you love God?
If you do, then you shouldn't allow minor setbacks to define who you are. There's light at the end of the tunnel, so pick up the garment of holiness and realign yourself to the Word. It doesn't only redeem and save; it brings clarity that guarantees freedom, victory, and advancement.
